In store purchases may be made by cash, credit card and EFTPOS.
We offer Australia Post Express shipping and Regular post within Australia, and EMS, Airmail, Express Post International or Registered Post International for international deliveries. When making your order by email or by phone, please ensure you state the order number, size, colour and quantity to enable us to finalise your order quickly. We will then issue you an invoice inclusive of garment and shipping costs which must be paid in full before the items are sent. Please state your Australian postcode or country you would like the items sent to.
Returns are in accordance with the Federal Trade Practices Act and the Goods Act.
International Shipping Rates
All International orders can be shipped by EMS (up to 20kg), Airmail (up to 20kg), Express Post International (over 2kg) or Registered Post International (up to 2kg). The rate will depend on your zone and the size of your order.
EMS: There are 4 zones: New Zealand, Asia/Pacific, USA/Canada/Middle East & Rest of the World.
Delivery estimated time is 4 to 8 days. This is available for all orders submitted prior to 1.30pm EST. Your items are express shipped and with a tracking number supplied.Airmail: Delivery estimated time is 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. This is available for all orders submitted prior to 1.30pm EST.
Express Post International Parcels: Delivery estimated time is 3 to 7 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. This is available for all orders submitted prior to 1.30pm EST.
Registered Post International Parcels: Delivery estimated time is 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. Offers signed delivery and security handling at most destinations. This is available for all orders submitted prior to 1.30pm EST.
